SHIPPING RATES

All hats ship USPS Ground Shipping within the USA only.  An additional shipping fee within Alaska, Hawaii & Canada 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Ready-To-Ship & In-Stock hats will ship within 2-7 business days.  Our custom made hats are handmade to order and will take extra processing time.  The extra processing design will depend on factors such as but not limited to; availability of requested hat(s) or design elements, the number of custom orders in front of your order etc. Due to an increased desire for our high-quality hats, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to ship once completed. Thank you for your continued enthusiasm for Smoke Show Hats. Please be patient, as it is SO worth the wait! 

Ship times vary especially due to the increased demand on all carriers in the industry.

We ship use a variety of shipping solutions. You may choose from Free USPS Ground Shipping for orders shipping within the USA, USPS Priority Shipping for orders shipping within the USA, or USPS Priority International for orders shipping to Canada.  

We apologize for any inconvenience but at this time we are only shipping to the USA & Canada.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees (not included in our shipping charges)—please consult your local customs office for more details. Smoke Show Hats is not responsible for any of these charges. The international shipping charge we have is merely to help offset our cost to ship the hat.

All orders are shipped from our Washington State shop via USPS and shipping time varies between 1 and 7 days. If you have concerns regarding delivery please contact us prior to placing your order. 

Due to the individually handmade nature of our products, we cannot accommodate rush orders, so we do not offer expedited shipping options. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

RETURNS

All Sales Are Final.  Due to hats being a hygienic concern all hat sales are final.  Smoke Show Hats shall not be liable for any shipping loss/damage.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates will be assigned and emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase.  Gift certificates never expire and are valid on the Smoke Show Hats website only.  Gift certificates cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.  There are no refunds for Gift certificates.
